The Proposal Content & Marketing Analyst will be responsible for RFP coordination, along with working to drive revenue growth by managing our lead generation programs. This will be inclusive of working with sales to develop timeline, lead the development and content, gathering information, writing the RFP, along with submission of the RFP.  This person will be essential to driving revenue growth as a key contributor to generating and nurturing qualified leads for marketing and sales. This person will work closely with sales operations to ensure lead quality, follow-up and movement through the sales funnel. This role will be involved in the development, execution and evaluation of strategic marketing campaigns with the primary mission of helping fill the pipeline and driving leads from opportunities to wins.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensures the timely completion of all incoming RFPs including: writing responses, support compiling attachments, coordinating sample translations, uploading to supplier portal and managing timelines.
  • Manage the contract review and approval process including: annotating contracts with executive’s changes, version controlling the Master Service Agreements and routing for signature.
  • Facilitate new customer on-boarding sessions to carry forward all knowledge ascertained during the course of the RFP process to key operational staff.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify new service trends or possible service
  • offerings, while staying abreast of, and communicating, activity within industry.
  • Collaborate with outbound sales staff to customize and develop compelling and meaningful presentations regarding the Company’s services to support the Company’s efforts to garner business.
  • Track and analyze key metrics pipeline growth, quota attainment
  • Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management
  • Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing
  • Proactively analyzes win loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.
  • Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from CRM.
  • Reporting and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including: executive reporting of  sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
  • Implements and manages reports and dashboards in CRM ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years experience with RFP writing and submittal
  • 3+ years sales analyst experience
  • At least 2 years in a marketing function executing email marketing campaign efforts
  • Experience with Consumer Marketing tools: Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, Web analytics, & HubSpot
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Thrives in a high-growth, early-stage business environment
  • Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Effective use of technology tools to improve sales performance
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
