Key Responsibilities:

This role is focused on developing, operating and evolving analytic and reporting solutions in support of the various Welltok business strategies and operations. The scope of the role includes:

  • Performing in-depth analysis of healthcare data to design, develop, and deliver analytic solutions.
  • Creating predictive models using Welltok’s leading-edge technologies including our machine learning technology. 
  • Supporting Senior Analysts and other team members by generating reports or tabulations that will aid in interpreting model results and help transform those results into actionable recommendations.
  • Using SAS Macros or their equivalents to create new variables to be incorporated into the predictive process.
  • Coordinating the production of regularly scheduled reports, model updates and file scoring jobs for client delivery.
  • Performing and reviewing quality checks on incoming, outgoing and aggregated data in order to identify data anomalies.



  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Biostatistics, Engineering, Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices in descriptive/predictive analytics and reporting concepts.
  • Knowledge of statistical analyses including clinical and financial risk tracking, trend identification, predictive modeling exercises and opportunity assessments.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: SAS, SQL, Python, R, Spark. Experience with machine learning a plus
  • Experience working with large datasets including healthcare data such as medical claims, clinical information, demographic data and program activity results.
  • Strong Communications skills for interactions with both internal teams as well as external clients.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Team oriented with a track record of working well with others to achieve common goals.
  • Positive professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
