Position Summary

Welltok is continuing to build an innovative finance team and is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team. As a member of a lean team, you will be responsible for reporting, analysis and data management while expanding our partnership with various business functions. You will play a critical role in providing valuable business insights to drive decision-making.

You must have exceptional financial, analytical and organizational skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. At the same time, you are an energetic and passionate finance professional in a fast-paced environment and possess the acumen to learn Welltok’s industry, market, products, customers and strategies.


  • Financial planning & reporting
  • Support team in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets
  • Coordinates with departments to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding operating forecasts
  • Analysis
  • Systematically identify trends and recommends improvements accordingly.
  • Assist with in-depth bookings, installation, utilization and churn analysis
  • Identify levers and key triggers for business units
  • Data modeling
  • Establishes and maintains databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing financial data
  • Prepare data for uploads and build new dashboards in the financial reporting system and Salesforce (Adaptive Insights and Tableau)

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in FP&A/Corporate Finance, SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance
  • Strong technical, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated quantitative, system thinking and finance skills
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Strong ability to build relevant data sets for analysis
  • Exceptional writing skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and still be detail-oriented
  • Collaborative work style. Enthusiastically makes contributions and takes satisfaction in team accomplishments; Ability to build relationship and trust with local and remote colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
