Position Summary

As key members of the Implementation Team, Business Analysts (BA) are responsible for partnering with our Engagement Managers in managing high visibility client programs and collaborating with Service, Creative and Technical staff as needed.  Analysts help ensure that client expectations and technical issues are addressed professionally, timely and effectively.  

Business Analysts may be relied upon to, support implementations and Engagement Managers in the build phase of communications, as well as lead client meetings.

Business Analysts must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations. Business Analysts must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be accountable for managing against aggressive timelines and deliverables. They must possess initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients.

Business Analysts are also responsible for internal administration work, which include updating and/or documenting required systems within the appropriate timelines. 

The BA often works with multiple clients and works on multiple requests. Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements is another responsibility.

Program Management

  • Ensuring delivery according to client and internal timelines Become power users of Welltok’s software tools.
  • Document standard operating procedures.
  • Transform and load client data.
  • Generate client reports.
  • All members of the Professional Services group must put for forth ongoing delivery of 100% defect free outputs (both internal and external).
  • When applicable, responsible for updating the necessary systems for Senior Management, and Engagement Management needs. This includes, but is not limited to Open Air, Salesforce, Billing Rules, Invoice Approvals


  • Participate in client meetings, both face to face and phone meetings.
  • Analyze customer results and make recommendations on how to improve programs.
  • Manage customer data processes.
  • Support efforts to create communication copy for patients/members.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to find solutions to business challenges.

Skills Required

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, internal/external responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on team environment.
  • Troubleshooting is another required skill; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
  • Excel, Visio and MS Office


  • BA or BS in Business, Economics or Math fields preferred
  • 1- 5 years’ work experience, preferably in a client service setting
  • Comfort level with business systems or technology
  • Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and thrive in a changing environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong team skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
