Due to the strong growth of our business we are seeking a Sales Executive to join our leadership team. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Sales Executive is accountable for driving the achievement of sales and quality goals of the organization through his/her own direct sales efforts.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will be expected to quickly learn the Welltok product offering and strategy, while leveraging previous sales experience to drive forward customer development and generate new revenue.



  • Experienced sales leader that has been accountable for over $10M annual quota including both personal and team quota achievement
  • Generating revenue in assigned accounts and territories by providing leadership to sales executives and engaging directly with clients and prospects in the field
  • Direct selling responsibility for large complex 7 figure deals
  • Ability to understanding the business challenges our prospects and clients are facing and assisting direct reports on how to align these challenges to the capabilities of our products and services
  • Financial modeling and ability to present overviews of sales pursuits and revenue forecasting to executive leadership


Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • 15+ years of related experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel 40-60+%
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding annual quota (both individual contribution and as a  sales team leader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide direction on both strategy and tactics in pursuit of complex sales to sales reps and pursuit team members
  • Proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within mid-sized and large enterprise organizations. 
  • Ability to draft and maintain effective and account and territory plans
  • Proven relationship management skills and have experience with extensive account follow-up with prospects and customers in large cross-matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated sales track record in highly competitive environments with the ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments, and negotiate and close contracts.
